BSUM Cut Off Mark For 2023/2024 Admission Screening Exercise- We are pleased to inform our readers especially those who made the Benue State University, Makurdi their first choice institution that the management of the institution has finally announced its cut off mark for the admission screening exercise. Candidates are expected to meet the cut off mark to be eligible for the screening also note that other criteria would be used to judge your eligibility.

The official cut off mark for the 2024/2025 admission screening exercise is yet to be announced however, once the official mark is announced, this page will be updated.

The cut off mark is a minimum score that candidates are expected to score to be eligible to register for the PostUtme/DE Screening exercise. Both JAMB and Departmental cut off marks would be announced before the registration form is released. We are going to state both marks on this page.

BSUM Cut Off Mark For 2023/2024 Admission Screening Exercise[Jamb/Departmental]

The BSUM 2023/2024 departmental cut off mark is 180 while the Jamb cut off mark is 140. Candidates are expected to score at least 180 before registering. Those applying for admission to study courses like Medicine & Surgery, Law, Nursing, Radiography & Radiation Science, and Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science are all expected to score at least 220 in JAMB.

Those from any of the departments listed above that did not score up to 200 would be considered for admission into other courses. Those who selected Law would be considered for admission into Arts, Social Sciences, or Education-related courses while those who selected Medicine & Surgery, Nursing Science, B.Sc. Radiography and Radiation Science and Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) in the College of Health Sciences would be considered for admission into Science related courses.

If you did not score up to 150, then you might want to consider obtaining a change of institution form from JAMB. The higher your score, the better the chances of being admitted into the institution.
