Nigerian Army 2024 Recruitment Shortlisted Candidates List is out. The Nigerian Army has announced the release of its DSSC shortlisted candidates list to the general public. The Army also announced the dates for the screening exercise for those who made the list and this article will provide information on those dates.
Those whose names appeared in the list are expected to come along for the screening exercise with the following:
- Writing materials including ruler and eraser.
- Three (3) pairs of plain white short sleeve vests.
- Three (3) pairs of navy blue shorts.
- Canvas shoes/trainers and white socks.
- Toiletries.
- A set of cutlery including plates and drinking cups.
- Beddings; to include, blankets, bedspreads and pillow cases etc.
- Four (4) copies of full size coloured photographs at standing position in suit
In addition to the following, candidates are expected to come along with original and photocopies of their credentials and note that any alteration made will lead to automatic disqualification.
About Regular Recruit Intake
The Regular recruit intake is for trades and non-tradesmen with and without trade skills to enlist into the Nigerian Army. The training lasts for six(6) months and it is applicable to those who possess a minimum of a Secondary School Leaving certificate.

- Under the Regular Recruit Intake, click on Shortlistment List
- The list of shortlisted candidates would be displayed

Below are details for the upcoming DSSC screening exercise
Venue: Headquarters 2 Division Nigerian Army, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Date: March 11 to March 24, 2024
Time: 8am to 11am
Mobile phones are prohibited during the screening exercise also, shortlisted persons are expected to be of the best behaviour during the course of the screening exercise.
